Everyone welcome as usual and food and drinks will be supplied. Kefor's room 203 right after school like always. This meeting may run a bit longer than usual but important information for the club as a whole will be announced :)

Cusp Theory

A cusp occurs when a person is born on a date in between two signs (usually the 20th-23rd). However the cusp does not mean the person will display the traits of both signs just because they are born on that day. All of the signs are based off degrees rather than a continuos spectrum. For example, if a person is born on the 21st of June they do not have both traits of Cancer and Leo. Depending on their birth time they will either have degrees close to thirty in Cancer or degrees close to one in Leo; each sign has a maximum of thirty degrees (30 degrees per sign x 12 signs = 360 degrees total). To truly know your sun sign when born on a cusp you must know your birth time to get the exact degree of the sign.
There have been rumors of having both traits when you are born on a cusp, however it would be impossible because of the degree system. If you have any questions do not hesitate to comment below :)

Horoscopes November 29th - December 5th

Sun in Sagittarius creates a positive energy in ourselves that drives us to connect to a bigger picture. The key terms for this time is faith, hope, and vision. Mercury is positioned in Sagittarius forming a desire to learn about a variety of subjects. We enforce fairness and look down upon anything unjust. Venus is in Libra until December 4th making us inclined to charm rather than aggression. It will also influence a habit of being an idealist on love and expecting a lot in romance. With Libra in Venus we will also have an inclined sense to sustain balance. Venus then transitions into Scorpio causing a change in more intense feelings of love. We will be driven by passion and relationships will become extremely important to us. Fears of vulnerability and giving up power will form under Scorpio, however a drive that follows "all or nothing" will also appear in ourselves. Mars in Libra influences charisma. We don't want to be pitted as the bad guy, yet we will be charged to have mental debates which may stir up passive-aggressive attitudes. Early in the day on Thursday the last quarter moon will cause a square between a Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Virgo. This creates a need for us to decide on what is working and what isn't.

Meeting Monday November 23rd!!!

Our next meeting is Monday, November 23rd! There will be food and drinks and will be right after school in Kefor's room 203. The meeting should last about an hour. Everyone is welcome :)

Horoscopes Oct. 11th - Oct. 17th

Our week begins with a new moon on Monday Oct. 12th which occurs in Libra. This will cause positive energy and chances for personal change. Goals will be focused on peace and harmony with fresh and creative energy. Due to the degree of the new moon, it will mostly effect the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn). Both Mercury and the Sun are in Libra making us peacemakers and willing to negotiate and reach compromises. With Venus in Virgo we strive for sensual yet practical love with subtle romantic gesture. Mars is also in Virgo which effects or work ethic by making us diligent and precise. Good luck everyone!

Horoscopes Oct. 4th - Oct. 10th

With the Sun in Libra, we continue to seek balance and harmony in our lives similar to last week. Our main goal is to reach compromises and negotiations that favor both sides to avoid conflict. Mercury is still in Libra as well, which brings out our need to make peace through communication and considering everyone's point of view. Venus is in Leo until October 8th making us passionate in romance while we seek attention and adoration. Be wary of causing excessive dramatics under the influence of Leo in Venus. After October 8th Venus shifts to Virgo making us much more practical about love however we can get worrisome and critical over our partners. Our Mars in Virgo continues which especially effects our work and makes us focus and detailed orientated. Last Quarter Moon will cause Sun in Libra to form a square with Moon in Cancer and is the time for us sort out our priorities. It is a time for reflection. Good luck this week! Meeting Oct. 8th

Our next meeting is Thursday, October 8th after school!! It will last for about an hour similar to last meeting and food and drinks will be provided again! The meeting will take place in Kefor's room 203. This week's subject will be moon signs. We hope to see you there :)

Horoscopes Sept. 28- Oct.3

This week focuses on balance and harmony with both the Sun and Mercury in Libra. We will be more likely to compromise and take the role of a diplomat. With a lunar eclipse earlier this week, and the Moon being in Ares which was in opposition to the Libra Sun causing us to find a balance of compromise and assertiveness. Venus in Leo creates a sense of pride and passion in our romance endeavors. Mars in Virgo influences our work ethic and makes us more committed to accomplishing goals in a precise manner with little mistakes. Not the best time for starting new projects due to the waning moon after the lunar eclipse and Mercury is in retrograde until October 9th. Hope you all make the most of the upcoming week and remember that you can always defy the stars!
